Home Organizing + Move Management Services

Professional, judgment-free support to help you simplify your space, improve daily function, and take the stress out of transitions.

Hourly Rate: $70/hour per organizer
Minimum Session: 3 hours per organizer per visit

Booking Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied to your final invoice.

Package Discount – Priority Session Package (12+ Hours) Receive 10% off when you book 12 or more hours upfront!

Flexible Use: You can use your package hours however it suits your needs:

  • 1 organizer working for 1 hour = 1 hour used

  • 2 organizers working for 1 hour = 2 hours used

Travel Fee: $70/hour applies for locations beyond 60 minutes round trip from Portland, ME

Photo Organizing + Scanning Services

Helping you preserve memories, reduce clutter, and bring order to your photo collection with care and compassion.

Free Discovery Call: 15–20 minute phone call to explore your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

In-Depth Consultation: $100
Includes photo review, assessment of needs, and creation of a customized plan. Required before any project work begins.

Hourly Rate: $70/hour (covers organizing, sorting, scanning, digital folder setup, and client updates).

Scanning Fees: $0.30 per scan (applies to individual photographs, letters, cards, and other flat keepsakes up to 8x10).

Phased Approach:
Projects are completed in manageable phases. After each phase, you’ll receive a detailed progress update and invoice. This ensures transparency and allows you to stay in control of the pace and budget.

Optional add-ons: USB, external hard drive, or cloud upload (billed separately)
